Do the socks actually grip the reformer?
Yes. The bow-print sole is food-grade silicone laid down in a dense pattern, so you get real traction on reformer carriages, mats, and studio floors, not just decoration.
Do they come in different sizes?
Our grip socks are designed in one size to comfortably fit most feet. The soft, stretchy knit provides a secure and flexible fit that adapts with wear.
How should I care for them?
To keep your grip socks looking and feeling their best, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to help preserve the grip, stretch, and signature bow.
