Do the socks actually grip the reformer?
Yes. The bow-print sole is food-grade silicone laid down in a dense pattern, so you get real traction on reformer carriages, mats, and studio floors, not just decoration.
Do they come in different sizes?
They come in one size, designed to fit most. The knit relaxes slightly as you wear it, so the pair settles to your foot after the first class.
How should I care for them?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Skip the bleach and the dryer. Air-drying keeps the elastic band and ribbons in their best shape.
When will my order arrive?
Canadian standard shipping is $12 (3–7 business days) and ships free on orders over $44. US shipping starts at $7.90 (5–10 business days). Everything leaves our studio within one business day with tracking.
Do you ship outside Canada and the US?
Not yet, but it is on the (short, deliberate) roadmap. Join the quiet list and you will be the first to know.
What is your return window?
Unworn pairs can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, with tags attached and the hygiene seal intact. Canadian returns come with a free prepaid label.
Can I exchange for the other colorway?
Absolutely. Start from your order email and choose exchange. We will get the new pair moving as soon as the original is scanned in transit.
